Terms and Conditions for Jayasvi Inn Homestay

1. Booking and Payment:

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized platforms.
  • A deposit of full amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Full payment is done before check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 3 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to check-in will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in time is 6:00AM.
  • Check-out time is 11:00PM.
  • Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless previously arranged.

4. Guest Responsibilities:

  • Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and report any damages immediately.
  • Smoking is [allowed/not allowed] on the premises.
  • Pets are [allowed/not allowed], subject to prior approval.

5. Safety and Security:

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The property is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the stay.

6. House Rules:

7. Liability:

  • Jayasvi Inn is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance.

8. Changes to Terms:

  • Jayasvi Inn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Boregowda Layout, Chikpet, Virajpet, Coorg, Karnataka 571218.

Cancellation by Guest:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 3 or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 2 to 3days before check-in will incur a 20% cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in, or no-shows, will not receive a refund.
